Where do I purchase the card?
Contact your distributor (LINK to distributor). If you do not have a distributor go to the locator on the web site and there you may choose the closest one to you.

What do you mean by $100 of FREE FamilyMINUTES?
With the purchase of the FamilyPHONE you will receive 100 dollars of FamilyMINUTES.

What happens if I exceed my plan minutes?
You will hear a prompt when you have one minute left on the card. At that point you may choose to add minutes via your credit card. You also have the option of purchasing more FamilyMINUTES through your distributor.

How do I add FamilyMINUTES to my FamilyPHONE?
If you have a credit card, please call 1-800 _______ or go here (link to buy page 1) to add minutes to your phone. If you’d like to pay cash for your FamilyMINUTES, please contact your local FamilyMINUTES distributor.


How much do FamilyMINUTES cards cost?

Prepaid FamilyMINUTES are available in different increments, depending on what your usage is. Cards are available in increments of 10, 20, 50 and 100 dollars. Whatever card you choose to purchase, you’ll be able to save money with our great rates.

Do I get paid if I recruit new distributors/customers?
Yes, you are paid for every customer and distributor you recruit. For specific information please read over the commission page. (LINK to commission structure).

What is a 7-TEL member?
A 7-TEL member is an individual that has purchased 7-TEL products. This individual has a member log in and a password to their account. (LINK to member page)

What is network marketing?
Network marketing is similar to direct sales. However there is one fundamental difference; direct sales is a few people doing a lot; network marketing is a lot of people doing a little.

For example:
As a distributor, you would like to sell $1,000,000 of FamilyLIFE products during the course of a year. Using the conventional direct sales method you would be forced to hire 100 people, imposing a sales quota of $10,000 per sales person.
100 sales people x $10,000 = $1,000,000
In network marketing you reverse the numbers to achieve the same result.
10,000 sales people x $100=$1,000,000

When do I get paid?
As soon as you make the sale. You will take a percentage of the sale.

How much do I have to sell?
It is up to you. You will reap the rewards based on the amount of effort you put into selling the 7-TEL products and service.

Do I have to pay for the party?
No, just invite 10-15 friends to the party. You might want to serve juice and sodas, however this is a suggestion.
 
How many people should I recruit in order to have a party?
You should have 10-15 committed people attending the party.
 
Who should I contact to set up the party?
Contact a distributor from the web site. (Link to find/contact your distributor)
 
When should I have the party?
All parties are scheduled on the first and third Tuesday’s of the month. Contact your distributor for more information.
 
Do I have to have a FamilyPHONE in order to host a party?
No, you do not have to have a FamilyPHONE to host a party.
 
Do my friend’s have to purchase at the party?
It is not obligatory to purchase items at the party. However, if one is a host it is assumed that at least 3 FamilyPHONES will be sold. If this benchmark is met then the host receives the FamilyPHONE with a 50% discount.
 
Who can host a party?
Anyone can host a party. You must have a local phone line and power in the home.

To verify or update your account information, you must go to the member log in page (LINK to member page) Click on the edit information. You can then choose to modify personal profile, update your payment information, or see a real-time detailed list of all charges made to your account.

You can now update your password through 7-TEL member page (LINK. To Member page)
Once you have entered the 7-TEL member page you will be able to select a four digit password through ‘Personal Profile’ or update other personal information, such as your name or contact information.
 
How do I cancel my account?
If you would like to cancel your 7-TEL account, you can do so by selecting 'Contact Customer Care' (LINK to customer care)

BILLING FAQ's

What is your billing procedure?
Payment generally takes the form of pre-payments from your international credit card. You can choose between increments of $10, $25, $50, or $100. The increment you choose (plus any promotional bonus where applicable) becomes your starting balance, all usage charges or monthly service charges are deducted from that balance.
 
What is the refund policy? (link to terms and conditions)---
If you are unsatisfied with 7-TEL’s service you have purchased, you may request a return of unused funds within 20 days of your credit card charge.
 
A refund will be credited for any unused amount in your account an unused amount is any funds left after payment of any monthly fees or usage charges.
