7-TEL, Inc. will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third party any customer identifiable information without the consent of the customer.

Collection / Use of Information:

7-TEL shall collect and use customer identifiable information for billing, provisioning of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform customers of new products or services that will better meet their needs. 7-TEL will use customer identifiable information to market products and services to the customer, but will not disclose or make available any customer identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products.

Security:

7-TEL ensures the privacy of customer information on its network. In addition, 7-TEL has implemented strict guidelines to ensure customer privacy is safeguarded. 7-TEL will continue to revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies becomes available.

Communications:

7-TEL will not listen to or disclose to any third parties private conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using 7-TEL services except as required to ensure proper operation of services or as otherwise authorized by law.

Unlawful Activity:

7-TEL may use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activities that threaten the integrity of service or network integrity or otherwise violate 7-TEL’s Service Level Agreement.


Account Information:

7-TEL will do its best to honor requests from customers for account information, for example, name, address, company, or billing information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with 7-TEL is current and accurate.
